Orange Track-Rennschnecke, Neritina (Vittina) semiconica
Reference S095
Animals and plants differ in their demands on water parameters, tank size and tank mates. Please check the details in the tabs below before you buy. If you are unsure, just get in touch before ordering — we are happy to advise.
The orange track nerite comes from South East Asia and the southern Pacific, among others from French Polynesia. We offer the wild form. It reaches about 3.5 cm and lives around two years.
Nerites are excellent algae eaters and tackle slime algae and greenish growth on glass, wood and stones. As the animals are sensitive to cold, we ship them by express only in winter. Please choose that shipping option.
