Packages are usually sent 1-3 working days after receipt of payment either by DHL (standard or express) or by GO! Animal shipment sent. If delivered by GO! you will receive your shipment within 24 hours of posting it. Orders placed via GO! Animal couriers are only shipped Monday-Thursday in order to be able to guarantee a safe return transport in the event of shipping problems.
Animal orders from Thursday afternoon (after 11 a.m.) to Sunday will not be shipped until Monday.
The delivery of the animals with GO! The animal courier will then take place no later than 12 noon (DE) or 5 p.m. (AT, LUX, BEL, NL) on the day after dispatch.
Plants and accessories are shipped Monday through Friday
Delivery to packing stations and post offices with DHL is possible (ONLY with DHL standard delivery!)
Delivery to German islands is possible with both GO and DHL for an additional charge. However, please contact our customer service before ordering.
Delivery to foreign islands is not possible.

The shipping costs include loading and packaging fees as well as the postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, while shipping costs vary depending on the total weight and destination of the package.
We advise you to combine several items in one order. We cannot combine two different orders and shipping costs will be calculated separately for each order. Except for GO! Pets are shipped at your own risk. Fragile goods are treated with particular care.
The mailer boxes are wide. The order will be packed well protected.

TheDHL standard delivery to Germany is free from 79€ for invertebrates, plants and goods. Use the voucher "FreeDHLShipping"
The delivery of animals via GO! within Germany is also free from a total purchase value of 190€! Use the voucher "FreeGOShipping"
Live Arrival Guarantee
The term live arrival guarantee is used for animal shipping in German-speaking countries, but it doesn't really describe the situation. After all, nobody can really guarantee that the animals will actually arrive alive. We do our best to pack the animals optimally, but the transport itself is still a burden for the animals.
In international trade, it's known as DOA (dead on arrival), it just doesn't sound that good. The point here is that the shipping risk is assumed by the sender. We also assume this shipping risk if shipping is done with GO! Animal courier done. Sending animals with other services is not recommended, as both the handling and the transport time significantly increase the risk for the animals. Someone who chooses to choose another parcel service also chooses to take the risk themselves!
If the animals did not survive the shipment, please contact our customer service with the relevant pictures of the shipment. Please photograph crabs and crabs lying on their backs. Complaints can only be processed on the day of receipt. Please check the shipment immediately upon receipt and contact us directly. After an internal check, you will receive a voucher from us to the value of the deceased animal, which you can redeem with your next order. Shipping costs incurred cannot be reimbursed.
Sulawesi shrimp are excluded from this guarantee!
We can only offer the live arrival guarantee when shipping to Germany. When shipping to another country, the buyer assumes the shipping risk.
