Before you order: is Neocaridina davidi var. “Blue Jelly" right for your tank?
Animals and plants differ in their demands on water parameters, tank size and tank mates. Please check the details in the tabs below before you buy. If you are unsure, just get in touch before ordering — we are happy to advise.
The Blue Jelly is translucently blue, which makes it look as if made of blue jelly. The intensity depends on mood, water values and the individual animal, and not all specimens show the same blue. Slightly greenish and turquoise animals also occur.
Like most dwarf shrimp it is an omnivore, thoroughly peaceful and undemanding. It leaves its own kind and other tank inhabitants alone.
