Euryrhynchus amazoniensis comes from the Amazon region and grows up to about 3.5 cm. The animals should be kept in a group of at least 10 and prefer to stay on the bottom among leaf litter.
They are omnivores, feeding on plant and animal matter. Plenty of leaf litter in the aquarium as well as roots as hiding spots clearly support their wellbeing.
