Before you order: is Bucephalandra sp. 'Green Velvet' Topf *RARITÄT* right for your tank?
Animals and plants differ in their demands on water parameters, tank size and tank mates. Please check the details in the tabs below before you buy. If you are unsure, just get in touch before ordering — we are happy to advise.
Bucephalandra "Green Velvet" is a rarely offered, compact, slow growing plant from Borneo. It is particularly well suited for tying onto decoration material such as rock and is preferred over planting in substrate.
The leaves vary from red to dark green depending on the amount of light; by nature Bucephalandra only needs little light. The plant reaches a height of 10 to 13 cm and is considered easy to care for.
